Director, Site Feasibility is an onsite position in Nashville, TN. Compensation is not specified. The role will build and lead a centralized feasibility function for PhaseWell Research’s multi-site clinical research network. The director owns the end-to-end process for evaluating and responding to sponsor opportunities, aligning site capabilities and stakeholders, and using operational, financial, and pipeline data to guide study prioritization. The function is intended to develop from reactive bid response into proactive network intelligence that identifies suitable opportunities for sponsors.

What you'll do

• Design and own the centralized feasibility process across network sites
• manage sponsor feasibility surveys and response timelines
• assess network fit and lead responses
• establish quality gates, escalation protocols, and coverage models
• partner with site leaders, principal investigators, recruitment teams, Finance, Quality, and business development
• build and govern a centralized site information repository
• evaluate and implement feasibility and CRM platforms and support adoption
• develop sponsor-ready responses, prioritization frameworks, and enrollment forecasts
• track sponsor and CRO intelligence
• assess study economics and margin implications
• create an integration playbook for acquired sites
• use site capability data and study pipeline information to identify opportunities proactively.
