What you'll do

• Assign daily routes and verify dispatch documentation
• support daily operations and prepare reports
• monitor and coach technicians
• participate in hiring and communicate recruitment needs
• assist with supervision and performance feedback
• promote dock safety and compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
• help resolve customer escalations
• oversee vehicle fuel needs and preventive maintenance
• inspect vehicles
• supervise truck loading and freight pulls
• track performance metrics and service failures
• enforce uniform and company policies.
