What you'll do

• Lead estimates and proposals, cost analysis, estimate coordination, trade takeoffs, and internal pricing
• oversee capital bids before submission
• delegate customer opportunities
• evaluate subcontractor estimates and prepare or review self-perform estimates
• maintain national opportunities reporting
• analyze productivity, scope, quantities, and costs
• solicit subcontractors and compare bids
• maintain vendor lists
• support proposals and reports.
