What you'll do

• Oversee department functions and operations
• serve as liaison to local culinary participants
• attend planning and follow-up meetings
• review and revise the contest book
• coordinate entry receiving and check-in
• recruit, train, schedule, and supervise volunteers and seasonal assistants
• recruit judges
• secure sponsors
• work within the approved budget
• submit required documentation
• coordinate department layout, supplies, exhibits, contests, and displays
• oversee setup and take-down
• coordinate exhibit judging and related materials.
