Banquet Captain

What you'll do

• Check banquet event orders for accuracy
• set up banquet rooms and verify instructions are followed
• serve food and beverages
• replenish items and check guest satisfaction
• act as a contact for group representatives when management is absent
• communicate event-order changes to relevant departments
• coordinate setups, changes, and schedules with colleagues
• inspect and clean banquet areas after functions
• follow requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and liquor controls.
