What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff

• oversee medication, treatment, and physician-order administration
• monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• partner with the administrator and interdisciplinary team
• ensure clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• lead staff education and competency development
• improve staffing, retention, quality measures, and clinical outcomes
• assist with hands-on resident care when needed.
