The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Torrance, CA, with compensation of $48–$58 per hour. Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care provides sub-acute nursing, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care, with individualized care plans intended to support residents’ health and return home. The RN oversees and supports nursing care, resident assessments, care plans, admissions, and discharges. The role coordinates with physicians and other resident services, provides support to residents and families, and helps maintain continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee LVNs and CNAs
• assist with resident admissions and discharges
• manage IV care
• assess residents and develop care plans
• communicate with physicians and specialists
• provide advice and emotional support to residents and families
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• recommend policy and procedure revisions to the Director of Nursing Services.
