• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
• develop recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
• source and assess candidates
• advise hiring leaders on search strategy and market conditions
• coordinate candidate communications, interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities
• partner with credentialing and onboarding teams
• evaluate recruiting technologies
• maintain records and monitor recruitment metrics
• follow employment requirements and hiring policies.
