What you'll do

• Welcome arriving children and help them settle in
• select and lead development-focused activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
• set lesson and project objectives
• prepare classroom materials
• observe children’s performance, behavior, and social development
• participate in staff development and parent involvement
• discuss children’s progress and needs with parents or guardians
• enforce school policies and maintain student records.
