What you'll do

• Support daily program operations and compliance with Head Start standards and state childcare guidelines
• engage children in language development, learning, and routines
• actively supervise children
• support classroom activities and social-emotional strategies
• assist with developmental observations and referrals
• communicate with families and service providers
• complete data entry and documentation
• follow safety and emergency procedures.
