What you'll do
- Greet and register pediatric, adolescent, and adult applicants
- collect HIPAA documents
- complete registration sheets and copy medical documentation
- complete CARES triage health-screening forms when needed
- assist providers during assessments or treatments, including translating
- maintain daily quality-control logs and monthly QC duties
- follow infection-control guidelines
- request supplies, medications, and equipment from the PATH Director.
