The role coordinates staffing and resources, resolves patient and staff concerns, and supports continuous improvement and clinic safety.

What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate clinic resources and daily operations
• oversee staff activities and staffing levels
• fill in for Dental Services Representatives or Dental Assistants during absences or high-volume periods
• liaise between doctors and support staff
• resolve patient concerns
• assist with business plans and budgets
• oversee sterilization equipment testing and logs
• and follow OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines.
