What you'll do

• Support members between sessions through messaging and other communication channels
• send appointment and tracking reminders
• review sleep diaries, headache logs, and symptom data
• reinforce CBT-informed behavioral protocols and provide patient education
• support treatment-plan adherence
• prepare biofeedback equipment and monitor EMG, thermal, and HRV sensors
• coach relaxation exercises
• document progress, escalate concerns, and communicate findings to the physician and clinical team.
