What you'll do

• Lead workflow and data analysis
• document system updates
• test and support software patches and releases
• maintain application and reporting accuracy
• document electronic medical record and practice management workflows
• support change management and reporting governance
• collaborate on application specifications and integrations
• train and mentor users
• use SQL Server, Report Builder, and Power BI
• support helpdesk and user administration
• work with technical teams on automated data delivery.
