Teller Float — Glens Falls Home Base

Job overview

The Teller Float role is onsite, with a home base in Glens Falls, NY, and local travel to other Hudson River Community Credit Union branches. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday shift. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. The credit union supports members and communities through all waves of life. The teller processes routine financial transactions while helping members use branch and digital services. By building member relationships, addressing routine concerns, and using fraud-detection resources, the role supports service quality and protection of member assets across branch locations.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and transfers
• assist members with online and mobile banking and ITM/ATM transactions
• identify member needs and recommend products and services
• resolve routine concerns
• use fraud-detection resources
• support branch opening, closing, workflow, and coverage
• travel locally to branches and training as needed, with mileage reimbursement for training travel.
