Home Care Aide

Job overview

The Home Care Aide provides one-on-one care in patients’ homes in Beaver Falls, PA. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. Agapes Love Home Care LLC provides home care services to patients. The aide follows individual care plans and supports patients’ daily activities, personal care, and home environment. The role also observes and records patient condition and progress for discussion with a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with transfers and mobility
• change linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care
• record care and patient condition
• report observations to a supervisor
• engage patients in conversation or reading
• give medications and immunizations
• support exercises and other activities.
