Accounts Payable Specialist II

The Accounts Payable Specialist II role is fully onsite in Orlando, FL, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The position supports a growing organization’s high-volume accounting operation. The role processes and reconciles vendor transactions, resolves invoice issues, and supports month-end close. Accurate, timely accounts payable work helps the accounting operation meet deadlines and maintain reliable financial records.

What you'll do

• Process approximately 200 or more vendor invoices daily
• match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
• research discrepancies
• verify invoice coding and enter transactions
• process vendor payments
• reconcile accounts payable transactions
• communicate with vendors and internal teams
• assist with month-end close, reporting, documentation, and audit controls
• use Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
