The Dispatcher, Patient Transportation position is onsite in Richmond, IN. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Dispatch and monitor patient transportation requests
• direct transporter activity and follow up on service and operational issues
• ensure requests are handled promptly according to departmental standards, priorities, and appointments
• transport patients when necessary
• assign, collect, and distribute pagers
• monitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
• maintain customer service relationships and resolve complaints.
