The role establishes communications processes and may build an internal team as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise communications strategy and corporate narrative
• manage media relations, external content, issues and crisis response, and executive communications
• advise senior leaders and prepare them for interviews and public engagements
• develop employee communications and employer-brand messaging
• oversee brand standards, owned channels, agencies, editorial workflows, and communications performance measures.
