The Therapeutic Support Staff role is onsite in Durham, NC, on the NC START Team. What you'll do

• Support people with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental or behavioral health needs who are accessing the START Center for crisis or planned crisis stabilization. Participate in the home's daily routine
• support habilitative activities, personal care, health care, and other activities
• help maintain a therapeutic environment
• and collaborate with primary providers, clinical homes, crisis services, families, and others. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
