The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Frankfort, IL, providing care in clients’ homes. Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated skills; eligible weekend shifts receive an additional $2 per hour. Senior Helpers’ Age-Friendly Care approach focuses on What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility to help older adults live safely and independently. Care is tailored to each client’s individual plan and may include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, and memory care support. The role helps clients maintain safety and independence at home while providing dependable support to their families and care team.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, provide companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with shopping, errands, and transportation
• provide medication reminders and dementia or memory care support
• help clients remain safe and independent at home.
