What you'll do

• Direct field operations, manpower allocation, and site superintendents across active commercial project sites
• conduct pre-installation inspections of substrates, moisture levels, and site readiness
• monitor labor hours and progress against budgets
• enforce safety policies, OSHA standards, and quality guidelines
• coach and train field technicians and future foremen
• coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and sub-trades to resolve jobsite challenges.
