What you'll do

• Plan and execute product activations and executive events
• manage the CPO’s calendar strategy and coordinate marketing event calendars
• partner with Finance on budget tracking and reconciliation
• shape agendas and content for leadership and go-to-market meetings
• align stakeholders, track follow-through, and serve as a contact for board members, investors, and VIP guests
• administer calendar, travel, and expenses
• use AI tools to support briefing preparation, budgeting, and event logistics.
