What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for the Google Ads and marketing agency
• review campaign performance, budgets, and reports
• monitor cost per lead, cost per new patient, and return on investment
• coordinate lead handling, scheduling, and follow-up across offices
• work with office managers and treatment coordinators to improve conversion and case acceptance
• build local business, medical professional, and community relationships
• track lead quality, conversion, acquisition costs, and new-patient production
• coordinate campaigns for implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry
• maintain consistent brand messaging.
