What you'll do

• Provide medical direction and supervise hospice providers
• consult with attending physicians on pain and symptom management
• serve as a medical resource to the interdisciplinary group
• ensure physician services are available around the clock
• review treatment protocols
• oversee care policies and regulatory compliance
• participate in QAPI activities
• educate physicians and community partners
• support patients and families navigating end-of-life care.
