What you'll do

• Translate manufacturing and operations requirements into a facility scope of work
• develop statements of work and RFPs
• manage construction, design, and civil engineering partners
• oversee the full site build, including utilities, mechanical systems, parking, and shared areas
• support later construction phases and MRO facility build-out
• provide leadership with schedule, scope, and budget updates.
