What you'll do

• Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care
• ensure the plan addresses problems identified in the assessment or document the rationale when it does not
• maintain the safety and effectiveness of service delivery
• complete documentation accurately and on time
• supervise a home health aide when an RN is not active in the case.
