What you'll do

• Implement facility-wide behavioral training and individual protocols
• model appropriate behavior and provide positive reinforcement and corrective feedback
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• participate in physical, vocational, and recreational activities
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• complete behavioral data, shift summaries, medication records, and incident reports
• perform housekeeping chores.
