What you'll do

• Develop and perform preventive maintenance programs
• research and order replacement parts
• troubleshoot, repair, install, replace, test, and adjust facility systems
• perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, heating-plant, and building-trade work
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• follow safety, fire-prevention, and security policies
• assist with projects and activities, including some off-duty emergencies.
