Vice President of Human Resources

The Vice President of Human Resources role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $120,000–$160,000 per year. The executive will lead workforce strategy and human resources across a 15-facility skilled nursing organization. The role develops and executes people and labor strategies aligned with operational and financial goals. It partners with executive, regional, and facility leaders to strengthen recruitment, retention, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, engagement, and workforce stability in support of quality resident care.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals
• provide HR leadership to 15 skilled nursing facilities
• partner with executive, regional, and facility leaders
• establish consistent HR policies and practices
• develop recruitment, retention, and workforce pipelines
• monitor staffing and labor metrics
• guide employee relations matters
• ensure employment-law and HR compliance
• develop leadership training and succession initiatives
• strengthen employee engagement and culture
• improve HR systems, reporting, and workflows
• oversee compensation and benefits strategy.
