What you'll do

• Arrive before practices to help set up
• support the head coach in planning and leading practices
• run drills and skill stations for passing, setting, serving, and game awareness
• work with players across skill levels
• supervise athletes at practices and matches
• travel with the team and head coach on the team bus when the team travels together
• reinforce the Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal philosophy
• assist with equipment, uniforms, first aid, and emergency procedures as needed.
