What you'll do

• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in public speaking situations
• work independently
• make presentations to local community groups on long-term care, aging, or related topics
• build trust with internal clinical teams
• complete bedside assessments
• use internal documents and clinically accept residents for local and surrounding skilled nursing facilities
• prepare weekly reports as required
• promote community relations programs
• comply with patient rights, company, departmental, and safety policies
• meet company insurance requirements and pass a DMV check
• practice safe defensive driving.
