What you'll do

  • Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs

  • conduct preventive maintenance and respond to work orders
  • support site preparation, cleanup, punch-list, and installation work
  • stage tools and materials
  • travel between sites
  • communicate progress and escalate licensed-trade work
  • follow OSHA, building-code, and internal safety requirements.
