What you'll do

• Care for floors across facilities by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, sealing, polishing, burnishing, stripping, and refinishing
• shampoo carpets and record cleaning
• maintain stairwells and landings
• clean parking areas and walkways and remove snow as needed
• care for outdoor shrubbery and lawns
• clean windows, boiler rooms, and storage areas
• set up rooms and furniture for meetings
• assist the Facilities Director with repairs and daily mechanical checklists
• and perform errands and other assigned duties. A current driver’s license is required
• a Montana Boiler Maintenance License is preferred.
