Reservations Supervisor

Compensation is $34 per hour. The Reservations Supervisor role is onsite in Wailea-Makena, HI, and The position supports guest service at Fairmont Kea Lani, a luxury oceanfront resort on Maui offering Hawaiian cultural experiences and personal service. This role coordinates hotel room requirements across group, wholesale, and leisure reservations while supervising and supporting reservations agents. It helps ensure accurate bookings, responsive guest communications, efficient operations, and consistently high service standards.

What you'll do

• Respond to reservation requests and guest communications
• assist the Reservations Manager with daily operations and scheduling
• supervise, train, motivate, and support reservations agents
• communicate rates, promotions, packages, and corporate programs
• monitor department standards and performance goals
• assist with transient, group, and wholesale reservations
• maintain group blocks and coordinate rooming lists and billing
• prepare reports and participate in meetings
• promote safety and sustainable operations.
