What you'll do

• Review e-App forms and related documents for background investigation initiation
• assist applicants with correcting and completing personnel security documents
• support e-App submissions
• enter information into HHS Program Support Center personnel security databases
• coordinate fingerprint appointments when required
• prepare and forward case files and packets
• communicate with employers, customers, and investigation subjects.
