What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe mobility
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with meal preparation, hydration, and medication reminders
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation
• observe and report changes or concerns to the office team.
