Nurse Manager - Operating Room (OR)

Experience with role modeling and sustaining patient and family centered care and direct staff as they care for patients and educate families. Share accountability for the standards and scope of nursing practice within the unit. Work with the Director on department staffing; hiring, evaluating, guiding, disciplining, and scheduling of staff. Develop and communicate a shared vision for the departme
