The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Mooresville, NC, with pay of $70–$90 per hour. Mastermind Behavior Services is an applied behavior analysis company focused on evidence-based practices and supporting children’s lives. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment, assesses client needs and adjusts goals, and supervises and supports Registered Behavior Technicians. The work contributes to client progress through coordinated, ethical, and compliant services with families and multidisciplinary teams.
