Residential Associate — Substance Use Treatment

The Residential Associate role is onsite in Redmond, OR, supporting clients and staff at a BestCare residential program. Compensation is $18–$23.62 per hour. The role supports patient care in accordance with BestCare policies and applicable regulations and standards. The associate contributes to a safe, healthy treatment environment by assisting clients, communicating their needs to the treatment team, and maintaining accurate confidential records. The work supports coordinated residential care and the program’s treatment milieu.

What you'll do

• Complete client intakes as requested
• collect client information through observation, interviews, and records review
• work with the treatment team
• provide client care interventions as needed
• communicate client choices, concerns, and special needs
• make rounds and bed checks
• maintain confidential client documentation
• transport residents to appointments and self-help groups
• perform assigned cleaning duties.
