Transportation Dispatcher

Job overview

The Transportation Dispatcher role is onsite in House Springs, MO. Compensation is $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Dispatch buses and oversee routes and bus scheduling
• counsel and coach drivers and monitors
• handle phone and radio traffic
• receive scheduling and driver complaints and report them to the Operations Supervisor or Contract Manager
• serve as communication liaison with the contracted customer
• resolve drop-off and pick-up problems
• assist with day-to-day operations and special projects
• may handle charter reservations, billing, driver payroll, backup driving, or clerical duties as needed.

Why this role
