What you'll do

• Support daily maintenance operations and supervise team members
• coordinate work orders and preventive maintenance
• inspect the property
• troubleshoot and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, kitchen equipment, and building systems
• assist with training, scheduling, assignments, inventory, vendors, and safety compliance
• help oversee operations in the Chief Engineer’s absence within assigned authority.
