What you'll do

• Schedule installation appointments across locations by phone and email
• create purchase orders for equipment and coordinate deliveries
• confirm service appointments
• review schedules and maintain flexible client lists
• reassign or reschedule appointments as needed
• coordinate scheduling changes with vendors and subcontractors
• process paperwork and support field staff
• work with installation managers on scheduling issues
• prepare daily reports
• contact leads and prospective clients by phone, email, and text.
