New Graduate Dentist

The New Graduate Dentist role is onsite in Anniston, AL, with support at the Alexander City location two days per week and in Boaz as needed. Compensation is $875–$925 per day. The patient-centered dental group supports patient care, education, and professional growth. The dentist diagnoses and provides appropriate treatment, educates patients and families about oral health, and helps create a comfortable patient experience. The role contributes to quality care while building clinical confidence with mentorship and a dedicated team supporting practice operations.
