The IT/OT Engineer III, Managed Services role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, with a base salary of $85,000–$120,000 per year plus eligibility for variable compensation. Stellix supports life sciences and other critical industries with digital and operational services. This engineer provides post-project support and lifecycle services for customers’ IT/OT platforms, helping maintain and improve systems through technical troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and customer guidance.

What you'll do

• Provide customer IT/OT technical support and help-desk services
• troubleshoot automation and IT/OT systems
• support DCS administration, cybersecurity, networking, virtualization, installations, commissioning, and upgrades
• complete service-contract and project deliverables
• communicate with customers and technology partners
• mentor less senior engineers
• provide emergency support under a monthly rotating assignment roster.

Why this role

Requires extensive travel within New England and 24x7 customer emergency support on a monthly rotating roster. Onsite five days weekly for the first 4–6 months, then four days weekly.
