What you'll do

• Manage projects through all phases
• lead client proposals and contribute to proposals for other markets
• ensure projects meet applicable codes and company standards
• develop design solutions within schedules and budgets
• build client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• oversee and mentor the design team
• conduct team quality control and training
• distribute submittals and requests for information and ensure timely responses.
