What you'll do

• Create investor packages
• assess loan-level risk and salability
• audit documents for regulatory, investor, and program requirements, including ATR/QM limitations
• review appraisals for red flags and LTV
• resolve loan-level discrepancies and auditor exceptions
• scan closing documents
• obtain and track trailing collateral documents
• store originals
• retrieve and ship collateral documents to purchasers or custodians
• maintain shipment records and purge files according to retention policy.
