What you'll do

• Process patient health information requests and release medical records in accordance with company and facility policies, authorizations, and HIPAA requirements
• retrieve, scan, copy, assemble, and transmit records accurately and securely
• maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
• support calls and, as needed, walk-ins and administrative tasks
• lead team huddles, train and mentor staff, assist with onboarding and quality assurance, and provide regional coverage
• report site issues and changing volumes.
