What you'll do

• Owns all warehouse training for new Selectors and Drivers.
• Leads a team of trainers through a multi-week onboarding period.
• Analyzes and tracks performance data for 30/60/90-day milestones.
• Partners with leadership to identify coaching opportunities.
• Inspects facility for safety hazards.
