Senior Tax Associate

Job overview

The Senior Tax Associate role is hybrid in Kirkland, WA, with three in-office days and two optional work-from-home days outside tax season, and four in-office days during tax season. Base salary typically starts at $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. The HSA team provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to organizations and families. The role prepares and reviews complex tax returns, supports tax planning and consulting, and works directly with clients and colleagues. It also contributes to team capacity by mentoring junior staff and helping clients address complex tax matters.
